CS Morritt cc is a family owned business with Carl Morritt at the helm, his wife Shirley on the administration, his eldest son Dean Heading up the workshop. Morritt first entered the yellow metal industry in 1980 when he joined Blackwood Hodge as an apprentice. During his time at Blackwood Hodge he held numerous positions within the company, field service engineer, parts product specialist, service manager to name but a few.

Blackwood Hodge was a multi franchise company, Morritt spent 18 years focusing on the JCB product line. He attended technical training courses in South Africa and at the factory in the United Kingdom covering all product ranges as well as parts product training and marketing. In 1998 he resigned from Blackwood Hodge and established CS Morritt cc as a consulting service maintenance and parts company for the construction industry.

The core business is Spares, Repairs and Maintenance of Jcb Machinery. An emphasis is placed on servicing our customers needs. Services and repairs are carried out on site and for Major repairs and rebuilds our fully equipped workshop facilities in Brentwood Park Benoni are utilized.

We carry a variety of service exchange components namely engines, axles, transmissions and hydraulic cylinders to reduce down time on machinery .
